Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Apprentice Carpenters for projects located in the San Diego, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Inspect each window perimeter before removal begins
Carefully remove all existing deteriorated caulking and sealant without damaging:
Window frames
Glass
Façade surfaces
Clean and prepare all window perimeter joints to ensure proper adhesion for the new sealant:
Remove dirt, debris, and any remaining residue
Apply approved primer where required by the sealant manufacturer
Install backer rod as necessary to achieve the proper joint depth and profile
Apply high-performance, commercial-grade silicone sealant uniformly around each window perimeter
Tool all joints to ensure a smooth, professional finish and a fully watertight seal
