Machine Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Machine Operators for projects located in Youngstown, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to produce goods
• Focus on safety, efficiency, and quality in daily operations
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues
• Follow and enforce all safety protocols and procedures
• Support production goals by ensuring smooth machine operation

• Use precision tools and machinery, including CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, to create, modify, and repair parts

   

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

   

• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders

   

   

• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications

   

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation

   

• Apply strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and attention to detail in all tasks

• Must have programming experience for CNC operations
