Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Glaziers for projects located in and around San Diego, CA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $25-29/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Glazier and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Surface Preparation
• Caulking Removal
• Inspect each Window Perimeter prior to Removal
• Carefully Remove all Existing Deteriorated Caulking and Sealant Materials without Damaging adjacent Window Frames, Glass, or Facade Surfaces
• Clean and Prepare all Window Perimeter Joints to Ensure Proper Adhesion of New Sealant including Removal of Dirt, Debris, and old Residue
• Installation of New Sealant
• Apply Approved Primer
• Install Appropriate Backer Rod to Achieve Proper Joint Depth and Profile
• Apply New High-Performance, Commercial Grade, Silicone Sealant around each Hotel Window, Perimeter, ensuring a Uniform Watertight Seal
• Other Tasks as Assigned
