Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in the Youngstown, OH area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $18/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

•  Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
• Weld metal components in the flat position using various welding techniques
• Operate welding equipment including MIG TIG and Stick welders
• Position and secure metal components for welding
• Choose the correct materials and welding methods based on project specifications
• Perform grinding and cleaning after welding to ensure smooth and precise finishes
• Inspect your work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols
