Carpenter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for a project located in Ruther Glenn, VA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $20/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:  

• Installation & repair; wooden fixtures, structures, cabinets, furniture, shelving, doors, plaques etc.
• Framing 
• Finish work; painting, staining etc
• Other tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• Must have High school Diploma; GED or equivalent
• Ability to read & understand architectural drawings
• Ability to construct metal framing partition walls; drywall, finish & painting
• Ability to use power tools
• Experience with record keeping
• Must be able to lift 100 LBS; 60 lbs for an extended periods of time
• Must be comfortable working from heights
