MIG Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Welders for projects located in Tea, SD.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $29-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:      

• Read and interpret blueprints 
• Perform standard MIG welding on various components (mostly regular MIG; pulse welding is rare)
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding schematics
  
• Prep and clean work surfaces before welding
• Test completed welds for cracks, defects, and porosity
  
• Maintain and clean welding equipment
  
• Adhere to all workplace safety standards

• Proven MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and work from blueprints
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must bring your own welding helmet and steel-toe boots
• Must pass a background check
