Machinist

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machinists for projects located in the Sheboygan Falls, WI area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

• Program, set up, and run a variety of Mazak machines to manufacture custom parts

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and routing documents

• Check all dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, gauge blocks, height gauges)

• Safely operate overhead cranes to lift and position large materials

• Plan and execute efficient machining operations

• Maintain cleanliness and proper function of machine shop equipment

• Perform routine machine maintenance

• Help develop and document more efficient machining procedures

• Deburr parts during available time

• 3-5 years of CNC Machinist experience
• Mazak horizontal and vertical milling center experience
• Must have experience programming and editing programs
• Job shop experience
• Mathematical skills that require the ability to add subtract multiply divide and perform geometrics
• Must be able to perform metric conversions
• Must have strong working knowledge of Mazatrol or other machine software
