Flat Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for a project located in Green Bay, WI. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $37/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:     

• Operate hand welding equipment to joint metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products
• Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances 
• Communicate and problem solve with others 
• Maintain and keep welding equipment in good working order, free of debris
• Perform proper maintenance 
• Maintain & clean equipment tools & work area 
• Follow established safety procedures and work safely 
• Accurately read blueprints 
• Record accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports
• Other tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• Must TIG Welding Experience 
• Must pass Weld Test
• Ability to read Blueprints
• Must pass Drug Screen & Background Check
