Tile Setter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Tile Setters for projects located in and around the Santa Monica, CA area. This is a full time opportunity, with a pay rate of $30-32/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

•  Install exterior-rated waterproofing systems primers, membranes, reinforcement fabrics, flashings, sealants
• Perform flood or moisture tests
• Lay out tile patterns including control and perimeter movement joints
• Cut & set exterior-grade tiles
• Mix and apply mortar/thinset/adhesives
• Grout and finishing tile surfaces
• Apply caulking at movement joints and perimeter transitions
• Other tasks as assigned
