Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Apprentice Roofers for projects located in and around Bloomfield Hills, MI.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $20-26/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Roofer eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Inspect and Clean Roof Deck
• Removing Debris, Water, and Damaged Materials
• Ensure a Smooth, Dry Surface for EPDM Installation
• Laying Membrane; Roll out EPDM Rubber Sheets, Carefully Aligning them to Minimize Bubbles and Creases
• Use a Specialized Adhesive and Roller to Bond the Membrane to the Roof Deck
• Sealing and Flashing; Apply Bonding Agents and Tape to Seams and around Roof Penetrations like Vents
• Creating Watertight Seals
• Trim Excess Membrane from Edges and Seams, Check Roof for Watertight Integrity
• Identify and Repair Worn or Torn Areas, Damaged Flashings
• Other Tasks as Assigned
