Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Foundry Laborers for projects located in and around Marinette, WI. This is a third shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $18/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Work in a foundry/factory producing metal castings by melting metal, pouring into molds, and allowing to solidify
Prepare molds, operate furnaces, and finish castings
Assist in pattern-making, removing castings from molds, and cleaning final products
Grind/deburr castings to remove defects and polish final pieces
Use grinders, hoists, and other machines; assist on special projects as directed
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Comfortable performing physical labor (lifting up to 60 lbs.)
Able to work indoors in hot conditions
Willingness to work flexible tasks and learn new processes
