Sanitary Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Sanitary Welders for projects located in the Rochester, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Efficient sanitary tubing welding (stainless and heavy wall stainless)

   

• Ensure welds have no crevices/imperfections to prevent bacteria harboring

   

• Blueprint/spec review

• Material prep

• Layout/fitting

• Cleaning, and gas purging

   

• TIG welding, and orbital welding

   

• Post-welding: inspection, advanced inspection, finishing/polishing, documentation, troubleshooting, collaboration

• 3+ years working with Sanitary/stainless TIG/orbital welding
• Specialized experience in sanitary welding
• Advanced TIG/orbital welding skills on stainless steel
• Ability to review blueprints/specs
• Competency in both pre- and post-weld duties
