Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Trim Carpenters for projects located in Philadelphia, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a prevailing wage of $83/hour. Job Scope:   

• Install baseboards casing crown molding and other architectural trims as specified in project drawings.
• All trim must be installed within 0.25 inch tolerance across all surfaces
• Installation on non-standard and curved surfaces
• Perform level 5 drywall finishing including; tape, med and feather all joints and fasteners 
• Apply a skim coat to entire surface 
• Sand and prepare surface for paint to a true Level 5 finish
• All surfaces must be smooth flat and free from visible imperfections under critical lighting

• Level 5 drywall finish involves an additional skim coat of joint compound over the entire surface, providing the highest-quality finish.
• Level 5 finish is expected to look clean and uniform, making it ideal for high-end projects and spaces with significant visual demands
