Asphalt Paving Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Asphalt Paving Laborers for projects located in and around Rochester, NY.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $20-24/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are an Asphalt Paving Laborers and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:         

• Apply, Compact, and Smooth Asphalt on Residential Driveways and Commercial Parking Lots
• Operate Around Heavy Machinery such as Pavers and Rollers
• Perform Daily Checks and Light Preventative Maintenance on Equipment
• Communicate with Crew Members to Ensure Consistency and Safety
• Maintain Site Awareness, Identify Buried Utilities, and Assist Dump and Screed Operators
• Support General Construction and Labor Duties as Needed

Requirements:

• • Able to Work Safely around Heavy Equipment
  • Strong Physical Stamina and Coordination
  • Tolerance for Outdoor Work in Varied Weather Conditions
