Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Asphalt Paving Equipment Operators for a project located in Rochester, NY. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-$28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Operate LeeBoy 8515 track asphalt paver's, rollers & other heavy equipment
• Control the laying, spreading, smoothing, and compacting of asphalt on residential driveways and commercial parking lots
• Perform daily checks and light preventive maintenance (check fluids, lubricate parts)
• Maintain awareness of site hazards and communicate with dump person and screed operator
• Other tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience operating asphalt paving and heavy equipment 
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
