Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Journeyman Electricians for projects located in the Notrees, TX area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $36.50-38.50/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

•  Use 555 benders and 535 threading machines
• Bend and run conduit of all sizes
• Installation of cable trays of all sizes
• Use fluke meters and megger devices
• Cable termination up to 500 kcmil
  
• Read blueprints & specifications to determine the scope of work location quantities and material sizes
• Identify tools required for tasks and assess safety risks implementing necessary precautions
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit using tools like: hacksaw, pipe threader, and conduit benders
• Install control/distribution apparatus including switches relays and circuit breaker panels
• Test circuit continuity using instruments like ohmmeters and oscilloscopes
• Observe and adjust installed systems to ensure functionality and safety
• Repair defective electrical equipment and systems

• All hand tools, and toolbox
• 4+ years of industrial experience
• Pass a drug screen
