Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Commercial Carpenters for projects located in and around Laurel, MD.  This is a first shift opportunity with a Prevailing Wage of $45.26/hour.  If you are a Commercial Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

  • Perform metal steel stud framing for walls, ceilings, and partitions
  • Measure, cut, and assemble studs, tracks, and headers to specifications
  • Install bracing, fire-stopping, and openings for doors, windows, and utilities
  • Ensure framing meets structural, code, and safety standards

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial settings doing metal steel stud framing
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    • Must have own tools and PPE
    • Must have a valid driver's license and REAL ID or U.S. Passport
    • Must be authorized to work legally in the United States
