Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Lancaster, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

• Replace or repair bearings, belts, chains, rollers, couplings seals and other mechanical components
  
• Assist with rigging, moving and positioning heavy machinery safely and accurately
  
• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed for equipment modifications or repairs
  
• Follow blueprints schematics and manufacturer manuals to ensure proper installation and maintenance procedures
• Other tasks as assigned
