Paint Prep Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Paint Prep Technicians for a project located around the Grand Chute, WI. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Paint Prep Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:        

• Wipe, sand & inspect parts
• Plug & mask parts as needed 
• Remove excess water & shot from internal adhesion
• Operate overhead hoist
• Inspect completed parts
• Identify defects
• Support inventory management

• Experience with paint prep or similar manufacturing/industrial work preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high attention to detail
• Familiarity with overhead hoist operation is a plus
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
