Equipment Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in the Salt Lake City, UT area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Operate a 470-class excavator in deep trench and excavation environments
  
• Perform precise digging and material handling using shoring systems
  
• Work safely and efficiently in high-risk excavation settings
• Collaborate with crew members and follow site supervisor directions
  
• Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues as needed

• Proven experience operating large excavators (470 or similar class)
• Strong understanding of excavation safety and trench protection systems
• Familiarity with slide rail/shoring systems and trench boxes
• Journeyman-level experience
• Reliable transportation
