Machinist

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machinists for projects located in Fort Wayne, IN.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

• Manufacturing and fabricating structures and components 
• Configure and run machines 
• machine setting and tending 
• CNC machine programming 
• Operation and maintenance of turret lathes/boring mills/drill presses/grinding machines 
• Polishing and replacing cutting tools cut with lasers and tools 
• Production and specialty work 
• Tool design and making 
• Building jig and fixtures 
• Repair die springs, spring pins and retainers

• Must be able to read blueprints and mechanical and engineering drawings 
• Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to work under a time line
