Mechanical Helper

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Mechanical Helpers for projects located in and around Lees Summit, MO.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Mechanical Helper eager to grow and learn in your trade alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to launch your career!

Job Scope:

• Dismantle electric motors

• Clean components

• Assist in the reassembly/rebuild process

Requirements:

• • Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills & Bonus Qualifications:

• • Ability to operate forklifts

  • Experience with overhead cranes, jib cranes, and basic rigging techniques

  • Comfortable working with basic hand tools (must own or be willing to purchase basic tools)
