This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Installation, repair, and replacement of plumbing systems
Servicing water, sewer, and hot water heating systems
Maintenance and installation of fixtures and valves
Performing make-ready work and preventive maintenance
Supporting both independent assignments and team-based tasks alongside the university’s in-house maintenance crew
Requirements:
Must bring basic PPE and hand tools of the trade
Prior experience in a facilities or institutional setting preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
