Extrusion Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Extrusion Operators for projects located in and around Nenah, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Extrusion Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Safely set up, operate, & monitor extrusion machinery
• Perform full machine setup for production runs
• Load raw materials into machines
• Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications
• Calibrate equipment for optimal performance
• Maintenance proper material flow & monitor machine output for quality
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues during production
• Ensure safety, efficiency, & quality standards are met
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Experience as an Extrusion Operator (plastic, rubber, or similar materials)
