Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Maintenance Technician for projects located in Columbus, IN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $24-28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across two apartment buildings.
Prepare vacant units for new tenants.
Change light bulbs, install appliances, and patch holes.
Paint interior apartment walls and touch up surfaces as needed.
Conduct basic landscaping duties.
Respond to service calls and perform on-call duties as needed.
Requirements:
Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
Schedule: 3 days/week in Bloomington, 2 days/week in Columbus. Must be able to do both locations.
