Shop Carpenter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Shop Carpenters for projects located in and around Lanham, MD.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Shop Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Assisting in shop doing carpentry work
• Cutting and shaping materials including wood and metal
• Preparing and laminating surfaces
• Attaching materials using adhesives, fasteners, and nails
• Following product specifications to ensure quality and accuracy

• 3+ years of relevant shop carpentry experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs
• Must have own hand tools and PPE
• Must have reliable transportation and attendance
