Equipment Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for a project located in Red Oak, IA.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

• Operate a dozer for grading and site prep
• Operate a backhoe for trenching and excavation
• Perform routine grading tasks per project specs
• Inspect and maintain equipment before and after use
• Follow safety guidelines and on-site instructions

• Experience operating a dozer on construction sites
• Understanding of grading and earthmoving practices
• Proven experience operating a backhoe on construction sites
• Ability to work full shifts and potential overtime
• Willingness to assist with manual labor when required
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Standard PPE required
