HVAC Service Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in Gig Harbor, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:           

• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems (including Daikin systems) according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC system performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
• Repair or replace defective parts, equipment, or wiring
• Prepare accurate estimates and detailed service reports

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical training or certification in HVAC preferred
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is required
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control wiring
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
