Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Machine Operators for projects located in the Effingham, IL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $20/hour based on experience and skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:        

• Setting up equipment for automotive assembly

• Running machinery efficiently

• Performing quality control checks on products

• Conducting minor repairs

• Must have prior experience in machine operation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail physical stamina and a commitment to safety
