Metal Casting Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Metal Casting Laborers for projects located in and around Waupaca, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $18/hour based on experience and skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:          

• Working with grinders, hoists, furnaces and other heavy equipment 
• Deburr and grind castings to remove defects and polish metal parts
• Participate in pattern-making and mold preparation as needed
  
• Remove castings from molds and clean finished products
  
• Work on special projects as assigned

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs
• Must be reliable and open to taking direction
• Able to adapt to various tasks and machines on the floor
• Comfortable working in hot indoor conditions
• Experience in a metal casting or industrial grinding environment preferred but not required
