Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Laborers for projects located in Uxbridge, MA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $68.80/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform physical labor tasks to support earthwork and excavation operations, including cut and fill grading.
Assist in the layout, construction, and backfilling of retaining walls.
Dig and backfill trenches for conduit and underground utility installations.
Operate hand tools and small equipment under the direction of site supervisors.
Ensure job site cleanliness and safety by adhering to established safety protocols.
Follow directions from supervisors and communicate effectively with crew members.
Work collaboratively as part of a civil construction team in varying outdoor conditions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in heavy civil or sitework construction with hands-on experience in excavation, grading, and underground utility preparation.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required. - TI offers course to qualified employees who have yet to obtain the certification.
Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather and site conditions.
Standard PPE
Must have reliable transportation to and from job site.
Must be available for the full duration of the project and committed to maintaining strong attendance.
