Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in the Woodinville, WA area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Inspect incoming recycling dumpsters for damage
• Identify areas that require cutting, patching, or reinforcement
• Locate and retrieve appropriate scrap stock material available onsite for use in repairs
• Cut out damaged sections of the dumpster
• Shape and fit replacement patches by hammering or adjusting as needed
• Weld patched areas using Dual Shield Flux Core process
• Ensure all welds are structurally sound and meet quality standards
