Roofer Helper

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Roofer Helpers for projects located in and around Augusta, GA.  The pay range is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Roofer Helper eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Load and unload roofing materials and tools

• Remove old roofing and debris as directed

• Lay underlayment and assist in positioning roofing materials

• Hand tools and materials to roofers during installation

• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

• Support the crew by coordinating with other helpers to complete tasks efficiently

• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific protocols

• Take direction from the site supervisor or lead tradesperson

Requirements:

• • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights and in various weather conditions

  • Strong work ethic and attention to safety

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Punctual, dependable, and willing to take initiative

  • Prior construction or roofing experience preferred but not required
