Structural Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Structural Welders for projects located in and around Billerica, MA.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Determine Welding Procedures and Materials
• Perform Overhead Structural Welding in a Scissor Lift
• Execute Various Welding Techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) to Join Structural Metal Components
• Cut and Shape Metal
• Cut Metal Components to the Required Size and Shape
• Set up Work Area, Arranging Components
• Ensure Proper Alignment
• Prepare the Metal Surfaces for Welding

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 5 Years of Structural Welding Experience
  • AWS D1.1 is Preferred or Pass Welding Competence Test
  • OSHA 10 Certification; TI does offer course to qualified Employees who have yet to obtain the Certification
  • Standard PPE
