Sheet Metal Installer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Sheet Metal Installers for projects located in the BTV, VT area. This is a full shift opportunity, with a pay rate up to $36/hour based on experience plus $125/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Hang & seal ductwork for HVAC systems with work performed indoors on an active fast paced job site
• Install rectangular and spiral duct systems per spec and layout
• Hang, support and seal ductwork using industry standard methods
• Cut, measure and modify pieces as needed using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and installation details
• Coordinate with foreman and other trades to maintain work-flow and safety
• Ability to work from prints and layout lines

• 3+ years of experience
• Familiar with hangers, supports, sealants, and duct insulation
• Standard hand tools
• All PPE
• Reliable transportation
• OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
