Carpenter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Trim Carpenters for projects located in the West Fargo, ND area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $33.87/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

• Carefully remove all existing interior and exterior windows without damaging surrounding structures
• Install new window units, ensuring proper alignment, insulation, sealing, and anchoring
• Use appropriate methods and equipment for safe handling and placement of heavy window units
• Safely maneuver and install large or heavy window assemblies
• Operate lifts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment as needed
• Remove and replace or refinish interior and exterior trim as required for window installation
• Perform precise carpentry work to ensure a clean, professional finish
• Caulk, seal, and paint or stain trim to match project specifications
• Fabricate and install bent metal components such as flashing, drip edges, and sill pans
• Ensure all metalwork is properly shaped, secured, and sealed to prevent leaks and corrosion

• Experience with window installation, carpentry, and light metal fabrication
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely
• Familiarity with power tools and job site safety procedures
