Concrete Finisher

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Concrete Finishers for projects located in the Delaware, OH area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Set & align concrete forms to ensure proper depth and pitch
• Prepare surfaces for pouring and cleaning work areas
• Mix concrete to precise specifications
• Pour concrete into forms
• Use specialized tools like screeds, trowels, and floats to level, shape, and smooth the concrete surfaces
• Monitor the effects of weather and environmental conditions on curing concrete
• Apply hardening and sealing compounds as needed
• Repair & resurface existing concrete structures
• Patch voids and defects in fresh concrete and maintaining equipment used in the finishing process
• Interpret blueprints and specifications
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
