Equipment Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in the Westfield, IN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Operate a bulldozer, including controlling the blade & ripper attachments to excavate, grade, level, and move materials such as soil, rocks, and debris

• Clear land, preparing construction sites, and ensuring the ground is level for building or other project work

   

• Material handling, which includes moving materials from one location to another, loading and unloading trucks, and stockpiling materials as needed

   

• Routine maintenance and repairs on the bulldozer, such as checking fluid levels, lubricating parts, and making minor repairs

• Keep accurate records of daily activities, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or safety hazards that occur

• All PPE, and a shovel
