3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Akron, NY.  This is a third shift opportunity with a pay range of $32-35/hour based on experience plus $125/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Install, Repair, and Maintain Electrical Systems such as Motors, Starters, VFDs, Transformers, Wiring, Switches, and Alarm Systems, in compliance with the National Electrical Code and Local Regulations
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance on Machinery to include Replacing Wires and Connections, Welding, Soldering, Lubricating Moving Parts, Cleaning Filters, Recalibrating Controls, Changing Gaskets, Adjusting Components, and Deep Cleaning Equipment
• Troubleshooting Equipment Malfunctions using Diagnostic Tools

Requirements:

• • Experience in Maintaining and Repairing Refrigeration Systems; Experience Working with Various Refrigerants, Pipe Fitting, and using Specialized Tools like Gauges and Vacuum Pumps
  • Strong Adherence to Safety Protocols
  • Able to Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace
  • Proven Experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
