Equipment Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Equipment Operators for projects located in and around Utica, MI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $27-31/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Equipment Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Precise final grading & shaping of surfaces 
• Operate bulldozers with precision to create smooth, even terrain
• Operate skid loaders, asphalt pavers, etc.
• Set up for & find grading for paving 
• Reading & interpreting blueprints, site plans, & grade stakes
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read Blueprints
• Technical Skills
• Attention to Detail
