Trim/Finish Carpenter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Trim/Finish Carpenters for projects located in the Rockwall, TX area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $26-28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Install high-end interior trim, molding, paneling, cabinetry, countertops, flooring within custom vehicle environments popup shops, trailers, glass trucks
• Collaborate with designers to implement 3D interior features based on renderings, ensuring brand aligned aesthetics and structural integrity
• Customize, measure, cut, and fit wood, composite, and laminate materials to spe
• Apply finishes, staining, sealing, painting, upholstery work producing polished professional results
• Manage layout, templates, and adapt to field conditions on site during installations
• Coordinate with fabricators, electricians, and installers to ensure seamless integration of trim and technical elements
• Ensure installations meet safety, durability, and brand experience standards on mobile platforms

• Basic hand tools
