Carpenter

• Ground-up residential new construction and remodel projects
• Rough framing including walls, doors, windows, and trusses
• Finish carpentry including cabinets, trim, case, and base
• Deck building, siding, and occasional small roofing projects
• Single-family and multi-family residential work
• Working as part of a skilled residential carpentry crew

• • Proven residential carpentry experience (rough and/or finish)
  • Journeyman-level or skilled apprentice experience accepted
  • Must have carpentry hand tools and tool pouches
  • Full PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, boots, and high-visibility apparel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations
  • Reliable transportation
