This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $25-29/hr based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: 

• Demolition 
• Setting windows 
• Framing 
• Deck construction 
• Bathroom/ceiling upfits 
• Fire/flood restoration 
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials

Requirements: 

• Must have reliable transportation 
• Must have tools  
• 7+ years of experience in renovation and carpentry
