Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced General Laborers for projects located in Waupaca, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate up to $18/hr based on experience and skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to launch your career!

Job Scope:       

• Preparing molds
• Operating furnaces
• Removing castings from molds
• Cleaning and finishing final products 
• Assisting with pattern making
• Grinding and deburring metal or steel castings 

Requirements: 

• Must be reliable and able to follow directions
• Willingness to work on various grinders, hoists, machines, or special projects
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment
• English proficiency is required
