Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for projects located in the Tacoma, WA area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $32-36/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on Whirley Cranes
• Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Work with load cells, load sheers, gearboxes, and crane cables
• Troubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase motor controls, AC/DC systems, and VFDs
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Climb ladders and work at heights up to 150 feet
• Follow safety protocols and collaborate with site personnel

• Strong AC/DC theory knowledge and motor control troubleshooting
• Experience with VFDs and PLCs (preferred)
• Skilled in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to use tools and handle heavy equipment
