Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around Portland, OR. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $30-40/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform MIG & TIG welding on thin gauge metals (stainless steel, aluminum, & various alloys)
• Ensure high-quality finish work, ready for powder coating
• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
• Lift materials ranging from 50 to 100 pounds as required
• Use hand tools and welding equipment to complete projects efficiently
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 4+ Years of Experience 
• Experience using hand tools & welding equipment 
• Proficiency in MIG & TIG Welding
• Ability to read Blueprints, Schematics, & Technical Drawings
• Strong Attention to Detail 
• Proper PPE
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs
