Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Indianapolis, IN.  This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Report and take direction from maintenance supervisor 
• Perform mechanical preventative maintenance 
• Repair building alterations 
• Monitor building automation systems for all building authority 
• Repair various types of HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment and all plumbing systems 
• Repair smoke and fire evacuation systems including; dampers, fusible links, activators and controls 
• Perform other related tasks assigned 

• Must be able to pass a background check 
• Must be familiar with equipment and tools 
• EPA Certification 
• High school diploma 
• Must have valid IN Drivers License 
• Must have previous experience with pneumatic and electronic controls
• Ability to work from ladders, lifts and platforms at various heights 
• Previous experience and working knowledge with building automation systems
