Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in the Greece, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

  • Assist commercial and residential plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including fixtures, faucets, water heaters, pump systems, valves, sanitary/storm/gas piping, and accessories
  • Perform drain cleaning, minor installation work, and troubleshoot plumbing issues
  • Work individually and as part of a crew
  • Review building plans, select and install correct piping, test systems for leaks, and maintain compliance with NYS plumbing code
  • May perform back-flow testing if certified

 

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 4+ years of residential plumbing experience 
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, professional appearance and demeanor
