Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in Pacific, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-32/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:        

• Read and interpret shop drawings and weld symbols
• Layout and fit structural steel components according to specs
• Tack and weld using dual-shield flux-core (FCAW-G) wire
• Operate safely in a steel fabrication shop environment
• Use basic tools, grinders, and overhead cranes for material handling

• Ability to read drawings and perform accurate layout
• Proficient in dual-shield welding
• WABO certification in dual shield (or willing to obtain)
• Experience with structural steel fit-up and welding
