Press Brake Setup Technician

• Perform complete setup and tooling changes on Amada press brakes of various sizes
• Read and interpret blueprints to configure machine setups based on job specifications
• Measure mark and prepare raw materials for machining
• Load and unload materials tools and parts for production
• Clean up/maintenance on machines
• Utilize both American and European tooling, ensuring precision and accuracy with each setup

• • Minimum 5 years of press brake setup and tooling experience
  • Must understand bend deductions, stretch outs, and forming principles
  • Prefer candidates who bring their own hand tools, calipers, squares, and protractors (will be calibrated in shop)
  • Must be able to pass a background check 
  • Must be able to read blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of Amada press brake operation and setup procedures
  • Ability to work independently on second shift in a fast-paced fabrication environment
